Leapfrog, an Evanston, Illinois-based digital marketing agency, announced Tuesday the appointment of Matt Kelley to the newly created position of senior vice president for the consumer journey.
Kelley, who previously served as Leapfrog's senior vice president and general manager, will report to CEO and co-founder Dave Husain.
Kelley is charged with evolving and leading Leapfrog's consumer journey practice. He will focus on driving a robust understanding of the consumer to deliver more relevant and personalized conversion experiences. Kelley will oversee the agency's Consumer Intelligence & Business Analytics, Media and Call Center teams that drive the analysis, planning and execution of consumer journey optimizations across all relevant online and offline touch points.
"Matt and his team will be the voice of the consumer for Leapfrog," Husain said. Kelley has more than 20 years of experience merging traditional marketing principles with digital marketing strategies, enabling brands to build a true multichannel understanding and presence.
