Mosaic451 announced Tuesday it will partner with IlliniCloud to form IlliniSecure.
The partnership aims to make available to K-12 school districts the same level of security operations services that Fortune 500 companies currently access.
Through the partnership, IlliniSecure will protect each member district, beginning immediately in Illinois and dispersing among other IlliniCloud partner states this year. By partnering together, IlliniSecure will be able to provide the network security knowledge of Mosaic451 and the dedication to the education sector of IlliniCloud.
"The partnership of Mosaic451 and IlliniCloud brings true cybersecurity and peace of mind to participating districts," Mosaic451's Mike Baker said. "We have always respected the work IlliniCloud has done to offer access to computing, storage and network resources at minimal expense and are looking forward to a bright future together."
Mosaic Hybrid is an industry-first solution, providing specialized staff onsite during business hours to work alongside current technology and security staff that may already be in place.
