Real estate technology provider zipLogix of Fraser, Michigan, recently contracted with the Chicago Association of Realtors to extend its electronic platform tools to almost 14,000 regional real estate professionals, fortifying its relationship with the organization.
The gesture proved timely, closely preceding the 2017 statewide Realtors Conference and Expo on May 10-11 in Collinsville. With close to 45,000 Illinois agents and brokers already taking advantage of zipLogix systems, the new agreement opened the door to benefits for members of multiple realtor organizations at the state and local levels.
Specifically, members will have access to the company’s branded zipForm Plus electronic form software, zipTMS transaction management system and zipVault for document storage. By utilizing zipLogix’s full suite of offerings, real estate professionals can integrate their functions efficiently, freeing their time up to focus on marketing, communication and customer service.
