Dave Naso of Keller Williams - Lincoln Park said anything done more than once should be systemized. Systemizing does not have to be complicated, however, and can be as simple as writing down what your practice is. There also are tools which help individuals and companies systemize operations in a more detailed way.
Of the tasks that brokers and buyers must carry out on a regular basis, Naso believes that when it comes to showing homes, there are systematic ways to improve the process. Using a SentriLock Lockbox makes accessing properties easier for the realtor and buyers. Naso also recommends leaving a Q&A sheet for potential buyers in the home so that he doesn't need to be with the guests in order to assist them.
Constance Freedman of Moderne Ventures added to Naso's tips, saying that DocuSign is a great way to save time on closing.
Communication can also be made simpler through using Excel spreadsheets, Salesforce IQ, Contactually or other options created especially for realtors, Mike McElroy of Center Coast Realty said.
