RHR International, a global leader in organizational and executive development, recently announced that it has made Vanessa Ruda Seiden a new partner in its Chicago office.
Seiden has experience working in C-level succession planning areas, building high-performing senior teams, selecting executives, and developing strategic change leadership. In addition, she has worked with a wide variety of clients who come from around the world in a range of industries, including Fortune 500 companies.
Seiden attended the University of Pennsylvania for her bachelor’s degree in psychology and Northwestern University for her master’s degree in counseling psychology. She earned her PhD from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
She previously worked with Ruda Cohen & Associates, an executive management and communications consulting firm based in Chicago. As a faculty member at Northwestern University, she teaches in the Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change program.
