ConcertoHealth, Inc., formerly known as Fidelis SeniorCare, has announced it will be moving its headquarters from Schaumburg to Irvine, California.
ConcertoHealth has divested its assets relating to insurance to focus on expanding on its health care delivery model for dual-eligible Medicare and Medicaid patients. With the change comes a brand new management team.
Alec Cunningham will become CEO, while Michael Carson will become COO. Toby Thomas will take over for CFO and Stephanie Griffin will become ConcertoHealth’s CCO. Bob Wilson has tapped to take on the role of chief human resources officer while Colin LeClair has been selected as the firm’s new senior vice president of business and product development.
"We have assembled a dynamic management team with the experience and competency to help drive rapid growth of ConcertoHealth nationwide," ConcertoHealth’s CEO Alec Cunningham said.
By relocating its headquarters to Irvine, the firm hopes to have approximately 285 employees by the end of 2015. This includes personnel employed at its new headquarters and also in the Seattle and Detroit markets. ConcertoHealth had 79 employees in 2014, so this is an ambitious jump for the firm.
ConcertoHealth’s model revolves around offering critical solutions for patients and health plans alike. They expect to be able to expand access to personalized primary care, chronic condition management and coordination of transitions between care settings.
