Central States Media in Peoria recently received four silver and one gold American Advertising awards for its work with various clients.
The company received silver awards for website design and development for Gailey Eye Clinic, Peoria Country Club and IT360, as well as a radio campaign for Illinois Institute for Addiction Recovery. Central States Media received a gold award for its own website, centralstatesmedia.com.
The American Advertising Awards. conducted each year by the American Advertising Federation, is the advertising industry's largest and most representative competition. The local awards are the first of three tiers of a national competition. Central States Media will submit their award-winning work to receive districtwide and national recognition.
The local awards, sponsored by the Peoria Ad Club, recognize creative excellence in advertising and design of promotional materials. The awards were announced during the annual American Advertising Awards Gala held last week in East Peoria.
"Helping our clients succeed first has been and always will be our approach," Central States Media President Ann Johnston said. "When one of our clients wins an award, it's always a joy to see their reaction. ... Great work is about a combination of different components: wonderful partners, fresh ideas, exceptional execution and an outstanding team."
