Bradley University is ranked ninth among all colleges in the United States with quality actuarial programs in a listing released last week by HomeInsurance.com.
Analysts for HomeInsurance.com compiled a list of all programs in the country that included at least two actuarial exams and have approved courses for at least one Validation by Educational Experience topic.
HomeInsurance.com ranked the top 15 actuarial programs after compiling research results. The findings listed only schools with bachelor's-level actuarial programs and that have on-campus housing.
Another factor considered was the 20-year net return on investment by comparing the difference between median pay for a bachelor's undergrad candidate compared to a high-school graduate, subtracting the total four-year cost of attending college.
