CRN recently honored SMB Help Desk Inc. with placement on its Managed Service Provider (MSP) 500 list in the Pioneer 250 category.
MSPs help companies utilize new technologies without straining their budgets or losing core business focus. CRN is a brand owned by The Channel Company.
“MSPs meet a critical need in the IT market, providing customized, turnkey services that allow for predictable operational expenses, effective control of expenditures, precise allocation of limited resources and convenient access to on-demand and pay-as-you-go technology,” The Channel Company CEO Robert Faletra said. “We congratulate the service providers of the MSP 500, who continually reinvent themselves to successfully meet their customers’ changing needs, helping businesses get the most out of their IT investments and sharpen their competitive edge.”
The annual list recognizes solution providers in North America that offer cutting-edge approaches to managed IT services.
“We are honored to receive this recognition,” Marvin Korves, SMB president, said. “We set out to offer a service offering unlike anyone else in the market place. It’s great to get recognized for it.”
The SMB Help Desk provides cloud-based solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Its offerings range from IT support to hosted VOIP and Microsoft solutions.
