Aurora-based Cabot Microelectronics Corp., a supplier of chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) polishing slurries and supplies, recently was named one of nine companies to receive Intel Corp.'s Supplier Continuous Quality Improvement (SCQI) award for its performance in 2015.
Cabot Microelectronics has been recognized by Intel for nine of the past 10 years for providing CMP slurries and CMP pads to Intel.
