Cathy A. Molchin recently joined Heyl Royster law firm's Peoria office.
Molchin's practice concentrates on the defense of asbestos and toxic tort personal injury claims. She has represented numerous asbestos manufacturers and suppliers, trying many cases to verdict in McLean County. She has practiced in both federal and state courts throughout Illinois. Additionally, Molchin has appeared and/or argued before several different appellate courts in Illinois, as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit.
Molchin is active with the Peoria County Bar Association and has held various chair positions with the organization. She earned her juris doctorate from North Carolina Central University and her bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University.
