CEO of ABG completes sixth year of Registered Fiduciary testing

The CEO of ABG has finished his sixth year of Registered Fiduciary testing.

John Blossom, CEO of ABG Retirement Plan Services, has completed the training, validation and testing necessary to remain a Registered Fiduciary (RF) for the sixth year.

Registered Fiduciary (RF) certification identifies financial professionals and organizations as competent fiduciaries that have achieved pertinent qualifications and licenses and have passed a background check.

The certification recognizes Blossom's skills, covering everything from investment advisor services to 401(k) retirement plans.

"In this time of focus on fiduciary responsibility and attention to fiduciary duty, it is important for plan sponsors to have independent, third-party confirmation of an advisor's qualifications," Blossom said. "Our business model is uncompromised and unequivocal loyalty to our clients. The DALBAR RF certification confirms our professional status as a Registered Fiduciary."

ABG Retirement Plan Services is headquartered in downtown Peoria. The firm serves more than 42,500 retirement plan participants. It is one of the largest independent retirement plan providers in the country. For more information, visit
