OSF St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg and OSF Saint James-John W. Albrecht Medical Center in Pontiac, both operated bt OSF Healthcare in Peoria, were recently named among the Top 100 Rural and Community Hospitals in the United States by iVantage, a company specializing in health analytics and performance benchmarking.

OSF St. Mary Medical Center President Roxanna Crosser said the facility is continuously looking for ways to better serve the growing health needs of the Galesburg community.

St. Mary and Saint James both scored in the top 100 rural and community hospitals on iVantage’s Hospital Strength INDEX. The INDEX is the industry’s most thorough rating of rural and critical access hospitals. Hospitals are measured across more than 70 different performance metrics including quality, outcome, patient perspective, affordability, population risk and efficiency.
