Cary-Grove KinderCare has been accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
NAEYC accreditation confirms the commitment and dedication of the Cary-Grove KinderCare teachers and staff to provide exceptional education and care for the children attending. This is the center's first accreditation.
NAEYC accreditation is based on a comprehensive set of performance standards and criteria; only 10 percent of early childhood programs in the United States achieve it. Accreditation is a rigorous process involving on-site visits by experts and a study of the center's curriculum based on national set standards for education, health and safety. Communication between children, staff and parents is also considered.
The Cary-Grove KinderCare has served the community for more than 30 years. It accepts children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old and offers a variety of programs and classrooms. The center is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays at 324 Crystal St. in Cary.
