Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce member QTS Chicago will launch the most technologically advanced data center in the Chicago market in upcoming weeks.
QTS has transformed the historic Chicago Sun-Times press facility into a 317,000-square-foot data center. This site offers 24 negawatts of power on its 30-acre downtown campus.
QTS recognized the need to meet the increasing demand for data center space in Chicago, so its new state-of-the-art center will offer customizable, scalable solutions to its customers. A grand opening July 15 will feature food, music and prizes and is open to the public. The event takes place from 2-6 p.m.
