Simmons Hanly Conroy, one of the nation's largest mass torts firms, has been recognized by the Legal 500 directory as one of the top plaintiffs' firms in the country for product liability, mass tort and class action: toxic tort lawsuits.
Four of the firm's attorneys were also recommended in the guide's editorial comments.
Simmons Hanly Conroy is one of only seven law firms ranked in its category in this year's edition of the U.S. Legal 500 guide that surveys corporate counsel for their law firm and lawyer recommendations. Firm shareholders John Simmons, Paul Hanly, Jayne Conroy and Michael Angelides were listed in Legal 500 as "recommended" attorneys.
Simmons Hanly Conroy is a law firm that helps those affected by asbestos-related diseases, such as mesothelioma.
"We are grateful to be recognized by Legal 500 as a leader among the nation's plaintiffs' law firms that help people injured by exposure to asbestos and other dangerous substances," Angelides, the managing shareholder of Simmons Hanly Conroy, said. "We give credit to our dedicated attorneys and staff who are committed to serving our clients and providing them with a voice to seek justice from corporate wrongdoers."
