HireLevel wins American Staffing Association Genius Award for rebranding effort

HireLevel powered by Extra Help has won the American Staffing Association's Genius Award for its website and company branding identification.

The award is for the category of staffing firm with $25 to $100 million in annual sales. The awards program, formerly called the ASA Staffing VOICE Awards, recognizes innovative marketing campaigns and communications among its ASA member companies.

HireLevel submitted its website and new marketing materials alongside older materials to show the extent of their rebranding efforts. Entries were judged based upon appeal, quality, message, originality and outcomes.

“We are honored to have received this award through ASA," Erin Kopec, marketing director for HireLevel, said. "Our company has seen tremendous growth over the last few years and we are excited to have a brand image that represents us so well."

HireLevel partnered with design firm January to help with rebranding. The companies worked together to align business goals with the new brand identification to create a fresh, new experience. The new website is geared toward the end user and has many custom and interactive elements.
