Tenneco Inc. has appointed Brian Kesseler, the company's chief operating officer, to its board of directors.
“Brian Kesseler has deep experience in all facets of our business and brings strong leadership in driving strategy, disciplined processes and operational excellence across the entire Tenneco enterprise,” Tenneco CEO Gregg Sherrill said. “We look forward to adding his industry experience, global perspective and strong management skills to our board.”
Including Kesseler, Tenneco's board of directors has 10 members.
Kesseler has served as the company's chief operating officer since January 2015. Before working with Tenneco, he was president of Johnson Controls Power Solutions after serving in numerous leadership roles for the company since joining it in 1994. He has also worked for Ford Motor Co.
