Equity Office, a company that oversees 47 million square feet of Class A office space, has appointed Lisa Picard as executive vice president and chief operating officer.
Picard will join the San Francisco office in November.

Picard most recently worked at Skanska Commercial Development U.S., managing West Coast strategy for commercial development. She has more than 20 years of experience in the design, financing and development of large urban real estate projects in the United States.
Picard holds two masters degrees from MIT and lectures on topics such as mindful leadership, driving innovation and understanding risk.
