Numa "Bumpy" Triche, regional executive vice president of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., has been elected to the board of directors for The Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers.
During his three-year term, Triche will help other board members work through industry changes and find new ways to meet the evolving needs of association members.
As regional executive vice president for AJG, Triche is in charge of Gallagher's retail property and casualty brokerage operations in Louisiana.
Triche has worked for Gallagher since 1998. He is extremely active within the industry and also served as chairman of the Louisiana AIG Producer Council. In 2013, he was named a marine-sector "Power Broker" by Risk & Insurance magazine.
