Moore named portfolio director for Equity Office

Equity Office, owned by Blackstone’s real estate funds, has appointed David Moore as a senior vice president and portfolio director in charge of the Chicago market.

In this new role, Moore will provide strategic direction and value-creation efforts for the company’s activities in area, including overseeing 11 million square feet of existing office properties.

“David is the perfect addition to the Equity Office team; he has deep local knowledge and a creative and entrepreneurial mindset that will help advance our commitment to creating best-in-class work environments in Chicago,” President and CEO Eli Khouri said. 

Moore most recently worked for Hines and was responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing acquisition and development opportunities in commercial real estate.
