Dirk Locascio will assume the role of chief financial officer at US Foods Holding Corp. effective Feb. 6.
“I’m pleased to welcome Dirk as our new CFO,” President and CEO Pietro Satriano said in a company news release. "His deep knowledge of US Foods as well as his strategic leadership, financial acumen and track record in delivering results make him highly qualified to take on this new role.”
Locascio will replace Fareed Khan, who is staying on staff until the end of February.
Locascio has led a multitude of finance and accounting companies since 2009, when he graduated from the University of Illinois.
In addition to a new CFO, the premium food company appointed Kristin Coleman as the new executive vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer.
Coleman has worked for the Brunswick Corp. for many years, and previously worked in private practice with Sidley Austin LLP. She graduated from Duke University and the University of Michigan Law School.
