CHICAGO — Hahn Loeser & Parks has officially announced its newest additions. The firm recently hired Kate Wexler as Senior Attorney in the business practice area, Andrew J. Wolf as an Associate in the labor and employment practice area, and Eugene E. Endress as an addition to the litigation practice area.
Endress is slated to join Hahn Loeser & Parks’ Chicago office. Previously, Endress was employed with Katten Muchin Rosenman, where he mastered multiple aspects of commercial law from fraud to trademark and patent infringement.
“We’re very excited to add Eugene as a member to the firm’s Litigation team,” Partner-In-Charge Steven E. Feldman said. “Hahn Loeser is looking forward to Eugene’s future.”
Wexler, who will work in the Cleveland office, comes to the company after working four years in the corporate and securities department of Brouse McDowell. Her specialties include mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate governance, securities compliance and both private and public financial matters.
“Kate’s experience will benefit our firm’s Business Practice Area by providing greater depth on the team,” CEO & Partner-In-Charge Marc J. Kessler said. “We’re pleased to have her as part of our firm.”
Wolf will also join the Cleveland team. Wolf worked for Kastner Westman & Wilkins for more than three years representing employers in labor and employment law cases including discrimination and complaints made to organizations like the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
“Hahn Loeser’s Labor & Employment practice area is continuing to grow and we are proud to have Andrew joining that team,” Partner-In-Charge Stanley R. Gorom III said.
