For the fourth year in a row, Brilliant, a company that works specifically in staffing and management for accounting, finance and IT, won the title of Chicago's Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.
The award was granted by the National Association for Business Resources and set Brilliant apart out of the 600 competing companies as one of the best for standards in human resources and innovation in the Chicago area.
Brilliant CEO Jim Wong spoke about the recognition.
"Since our inception in 2009, we have strived to offer an innovative, empowering and safe work environment for our team members," Wong said.
The president of Brilliant, Jeff Mariola, also spoke on the award.
"Our mission is to make people's lives better and that starts with our own colleagues," Mariola said.
A number of factors were weighed in the selection process for the Best and Brightest, including compensation, benefits and employee solutions; employee enrichment, engagement and retention; employee achievement and recognition; communication and shared vision; diversity and inclusion; work-life balance and more.
Brilliant, along with the 162 other winning companies, are invited to attend an awards ceremony and luncheon at the Chicago Marriott Southwest, on July 17.
