McCloud Services, a pest management company with headquarters in South Elgin, will be donating to a number of charities for its 2016 Employee Incentive Program.
The 2016 Incentive Program seeks to reward employees who have gone above and beyond in terms of production and sales goals. The winners of the program are then given a choice of which organization will be donated to.
The winners of the program are:
Brandon Murphy – Director of Business Development
Robby Heisner – Service Specialist – Nashville
Johnny Overton – Business Development Representative – Nashville
Adrianne Mullins – Business Development Representative – Chicago
Patrick Evans – Business Development Representative – South Elgin
Doug Dempler – Service Specialist – Indianapolis
Aaron Rooney – Area Manager – Indianapolis
Valery Federspiel – Service Manager – Indianapolis
Anthony Stiffler – Service Manager – Indianapolis
In addition to winning a place on the above list, Brandon Murphy was also given the Walter Award, which recognizes leadership and model qualities and actions.
"By taking chances and risks, and striving to become the best he can be, Brandon has grown to become a talented leader among our organization and represents the bright future of our company," McCloud said.
The organizations to receive donations include American Cancer Society, Wounded Warrior Project, Humane Society and St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
