Cullinan Properties Ltd. recently announced that Steven C. Gatton would be joining the company as as director of asset management.
Gatton will be in charge of property operations, both through third-party firms and internal employees, and he will be managing the 6 million square feet of properties owned by the company.
Gatton comes from the Staenberg Group, where he was the finance and asset manager. Before working with TSG, Gatton was in charge of 17 shopping centers at THF Realty. Gatton attended Keller Graduate School where he earned his Master's in Business Administration as well as a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship.
Sean Garrett, president of acquisitions and director of community relations for Cullinan Properties, spoke on what Gatton offers the company.
"Prior to joining Cullinan Properties, Steve was responsible for the management of over 3.3 million square feet of commercial property as well as over 200 tenant relationships," Garrett said. "He brings great experience with him to the role and excellent ideas to help push Cullinan to new heights."
