The Peak Construction Group has completed construction of a new 77,000-square-foot Marriott Residence Inn in Bolingbrook.
The extended-stay hotel is a 103-room property with a swimming pool, outdoor patio and multipurpose sport court, according to an announcement.
The team involved in the Marriott’s construction included Norr Architects and Manhard Consulting Services Ltd., which provided civil engineering services.
The new four-story Marriott Residence Inn will be managed by Love Hotel Management Co.

This new hotel offers them a seamless blend of modern style and functionality that allows them to settle in and thrive,” Mayer said in the news article.
Residence Inn by Marriott has more than 700 properties throughout 10 countries and territories. The Residence Inns are designed for long stays offering separate living, working and sleeping areas with kitchens and grocery delivery service.
Marriott International Inc., based in Bethesda, Maryland, has a portfolio of over 6,000 properties across 122 countries and territories.
