Elmhurst Choral Union: American Voices to be held April 29

Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

Elmhurst Choral Union and full professional orchestra present great American texts set by great American composers. Traditional folk songs, Walt Whitman, Thomas Jefferson, and Robert Frost provide the inspiration. The concert includes Copland's Old American Songs, Howard Hanson's Song of America, and Randall Thompson's The Testament of Freedom and Frostiana. 

Tickets are available at elmhurstchoralunion.org, 800-838-3006, or at the door. Elmhurst Choral Union is an outstanding auditioned chorus singing choral masterworks of all eras. Stop by elmhurstchoralunion.org to learn details about the venue and parking, and to see video samples.
