Tuition and fees rose 1.9 percent for 2017-18 at Midwest Technical Institute-East Peoria, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.
Illinois students paid $15,007 to attend the private for-profit school this year $282 more than the $14,725 charged for 2016-17.
Data shows 95 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 311 students received grants or scholarships totaling $2.37 million and 316 students took out student loans totaling more than $2.45 million.
Including all undergraduates, 538 students used grants or scholarships totaling $2.87 million. Another 427 took out $3.11 million in federal student loans.
