Hair Professionals Academy of Cosmetology enrolls 272 undergrads


At Hair Professionals Academy of Cosmetology, 54 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 97 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The private for-profit school in West Dundee enrolled 272 students in fall 2017, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. No undergraduates were transferred from another college or university.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (49 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (25 percent).
