1.1 percent of College of DuPage students played sports on university teams in 2016-2017


In 2016-2017, 1.1 percentage of College of DuPage students participated in collegiate sports, according to data made available by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).

College of DuPage has a total student body of 26,165 students, of which 53 percent are women and 47 percent are men. Of these students, 218 men and 76 women represented the school by participating in one or more of the sports with teams at the school.

This total does not include students playing intramural sports.

According to NCES, 4.3 percent of students enrolled at institutions of higher education with sports teams were on teams.

The sports at College of DuPage with the most participants are football (97), soccer (44) and baseball (37).
