Illinois State University, University of Illinois at Chicago and Lincoln College top the list of highest grossing women's college swimming and diving programs in Illinois in 2016, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of the latest federal data from the U.S. Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education.
