Randolph County, Illinois had a population of 32,829 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Illinois Business Daily.

The median age was 42, with 44.5 percent of the total population being female and 55.5 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 12,854,526.
