Safety Implications of an Aging Workforce – OSHA Breakfast

April 20 @ 7:30 am - 9:00 am

There are tremendous benefits to having hard working, highly knowledge, mature employees who can share their expertise throughout your organization.  These members of your team are even more critical with the shortage of skilled workers across the region.  Your challenge as an employer is how you keep this group safe with the challenges everyone faces as they get older.

Please join us as Dr. Vivian Onunkwo, Medical Director, Beacon Health System shares how to gear your safety programs to reducing risk to this key group of employees and sharing best practices based on sound medical research. 

Doors open at 7:30 AM with Continental Breakfast; program starts at 8:00 AM and runs until 9:00 AM.
